MOSCOW, Sep 8 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Tinkoff Bank plans to offer subordinated perpetual Eurobonds, denominated in the U.S. dollars, a financial source told PRIME on Wednesday.
The bonds will envisage a 5-year call option.
The bank will hold a series of calls with investors to discuss the possible offering starting from Thursday.
Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Renaissance Capital, Societe Generale and BCP Securities will organize the offering.
